Site owner: replace the bracketed durations and terms with your actual policy. A published guarantee is a commercial commitment — don't publish terms you aren't prepared to honor.
A guarantee is only worth the specifics behind it. "Satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing you can act on. Ours is concrete: if covered pests return between your scheduled treatments, we come back and re-treat at no additional charge. That's the promise our quarterly service is built around, and it's the whole reason ongoing protection beats one-off spraying.
What the guarantee covers
For customers on a recurring service plan, if the pests we're treating for reappear between scheduled visits, you call us and we return to re-treat at no cost. There's no "wait for the next quarterly visit" — the point is that you're protected in between. [Specify your covered pests and any per-pest terms here.]
What it doesn't cover
Being straight about this is more useful than a guarantee with hidden exclusions:
- New pest types not included in your current plan (though we'll happily quote to add them).
- Conducive conditions we flagged but weren't authorized to address — e.g. an unrepaired moisture problem feeding carpenter ants, or a roofline gap left unsealed.
- Certain specialty services like termite work and wildlife exclusion, which carry their own specific warranties stated in writing on your scope. [Specify termite warranty terms.]
- One-time treatments without an ongoing plan — the re-treatment guarantee is a feature of recurring service.
Why no long-term contract
We don't lock customers into multi-year agreements. The recurring-billing-with-a-cancellation-penalty model is standard in this industry, and we think it removes the incentive to actually solve your problem. Our view is simpler: if our service works and our guarantee is real, you'll stay because it's worth it — not because you're trapped. You can pause or stop anytime.
How to make a claim
- Call us and describe what you're seeing.
- We schedule a return visit — no charge for covered pests on an active plan.
- We re-treat, and if a conducive condition is driving the recurrence, we'll identify it so it can be fixed for good.
That's it — no forms, no runaround. Read about our process, our licensing and safety, or book a free inspection to get started.
