FDACS Licensed Free Re-Treatment

Our Process, Step by Step

Four steps, always in this order — inspection, custom plan, targeted treatment, ongoing protection. The order is what separates a lasting fix from a recurring bill.

Every job we do follows the same four steps in the same order, because the order is what makes pest control actually work. Skip the inspection and you guess at the pest; skip the source treatment and you spray symptoms; skip ongoing protection and Florida's year-round pressure brings the pests right back. Here's exactly what to expect.

Step 1 — Free Inspection

A licensed technician walks your property inside and out. We don't just look at the pest you called about — we identify the species precisely, locate the entry points and the conducive conditions (moisture, food access, harborage, landscaping contact), and assess the severity. For termites this includes the crawl space, foundation and roofline; for rodents and wildlife, the entry points; for mosquitoes, the breeding sources. You get a clear explanation of what we found and an exact quote — never a phone guess.

Step 2 — Custom Treatment Plan

No one-size-fits-all spray-and-go. Your plan is built around what's actually on your property, your home's construction and age, and whether children or pets need specific product considerations. A 1960s Betton Hills home with a crawl space gets a different plan than a new Bradfordville slab home. We explain the plan and the options before any treatment happens.

Step 3 — Targeted Treatment

We treat the source — the colony, nest or breeding site — not just the visible bugs. Exterior-first where possible, so you usually don't need to be home. Interior treatment is scheduled with you directly when it's needed. Methods are matched to the pest: baiting for ants and roaches, exclusion for rodents and wildlife, source reduction plus barrier for mosquitoes, and species-appropriate methods for termites. All applied with product-specific safety protocols.

Step 4 — Ongoing Protection

Because Florida rarely gets a true pest off-season, one treatment isn't a strategy. Quarterly service — or a schedule matched to your specific pressure — keeps colonies from re-establishing, catches new activity early, and comes with our free re-treatment guarantee: if pests return between visits, we come back at no charge. That guarantee is the entire point of ongoing service.
